We believe a healthy body starts with a stable foundation.  We highly recommend that you incorporate Pilates into your weekly workout regime in order to build the solid foundation you need to reach optimal health.  

 

Nyack Fitness has Pilates apparatus. Our instructors offer private sessions and small group classes.
